Redesigned Tutt Renovations website to optimize the user interface and user experience to increase the overall conversion rate of users to clientele. They were getting plenty of traffic to the website however the conversion rate of users to clientele was low. I decide to incorporate the prices of their jobs onto the website to narrow down the users to more solid leads. Improvements on the landing page also helped users to easily navigate the website giving them an overall pleasurable experience.

Tutt Renovations had an instagram account running but did not have a consistent posting schedule nor had much community interaction. The pictures they would post were raw and did not represent the quality of their work. By taking their photos and in post, straightening their photos and editing them, I was able to easily achieve a feed that more accurately represented their company. Posting daily content would be hard to accomplish given the timeline it takes to complete a single job. Therefore, I decided to post every other day allowing for the page to stay relevant to users but not overwhelming. All the content for the week would be leading up to Friday when I released an edit of a completed job. The feed would also include client testimonials and full video walkthroughs of complete house remodels when those opportunities would come about. All of this content was published across multiple social media accounts reaching tens of thousand of users resulting in so much job request that they were booked months in advance.
Edits
Captured and edited raw footage conducted via field shoots to be distributed as weekly post and video edits across social media. I would go to a job site before, during, and after a renovation to capture media to be scheduled out across multiple social media platforms. I would put a video together of the whole process to be released to showcase their work. This media would be distributed via instagram, facebook, youtube, and their website.
